Roles of CEM
1. Cem are smart money's most experienced and skilled full-time sales people. CEMs sell the benefits of SmartMoney to local service centers (SC), register them for the smart money service and visit the service centers each week to accept deposits and withdrawals. CEMs also collect large deposits (100,000/= or more) from Smart Money users in their constituency.
2. Each CEM supports a single constituency and is responsible for maximizing deposits within their constituency. Each CEM is measured by the amount of new deposits that they receive per each week.
3. Compensation includes a monthly base salary plus a monthly bonus and daily lunch facilitation.,
