1. Are fulltime sales person who sell the benefits of smart money to local villagers and farmers and register them to use the smart money service.
2. Each CRM represents a single constituency and is responsible for maximizing registrations within their constituency.
Each CRM is measured by the number of users that they register each week.
3. Compensation includes a monthly base salary plus a monthly bonus
