QUALIFICATION
• Must hold Degree and above of Telecommunication, law and Information Technology.
• Must be fluently in speaking English language.
• Must be flexible to work under different cultural environment.
• Must be above 25 years old.
• Must be retired in any government or non government organization.
EXPERIENCE
Must have an experience not less than 4 years in working environment.
There are extensive relationships with government agencies and non-governmental.
