We are seeking applicant from suitably qualified, motivated individuals to fill position in the Human Resources Department

Overall Purpose of Job

Generally the candidate will be responsible to manage arid oversee the day -to - day administrative support activities of the reception Office.

Qualification and skills level

• A candidate should possess diploma in receptionist/ front office training from a recognized institution
• Excellent communication skills both English and Swahili.
• Excellent customer service.
• Previous PBX Telephone Operator experience preferred .
• Ability to use office equipment's.
• Highest level of integrity and ethics compliance,
• Significance exposure ,experience to international cultures and organizations strongly preferred.
• Computer literate with good command on office applications

Candidate should possess working experience at least three (3) years in a similar position specifically in telephone operator experience using a multi-line phone system in a reputable Organization.
