Qualifications:
Tanzanian Citizen.
Min 2nd Class Honours Degree Law.
Min 3 years work experience.
Fluency in written and spoken Kiswahili and English.
Experience in corporate related law will be an advantage.

Job Description, Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all communication, both internal and external.
Liaise with the Company Secretary and follow up on all outstanding issues.
Act as secretary to the Board.
Act as secretary to all internal meetings; management, staff, Union, Disciplinary etc. Produce accurate, comprehensive and timely minutes.
Act as secretary to all meetings with Government Departments, OSHA, Fire, TBS, TFDA etc.
Minutes must include actions agreed to be taken, who owns those actions and a follow up chart will be generated which will be a part of the minutes.
Follow up on all actions agreed and provide a daily progress report for the CEO.
Ensure the company remains fully legally compliant at all times.
Ensure full internal compliance is maintained.
Continuously note when internal procedures are weak, make recommendations to the CEO/Board for action.
Manage HR function.
Aid in Company documentation formulation for all process and procedural docs.
Be a part of the Enterprise Risk Management process.
Oversee last resort debt collection.
Prosecute theft.
Manage the Company Library.
Help develop and implement a management charter.
