Responsibilities
• Produces marketing analysis reports for customer research, current market conditions and competitor information in order to determine real estate market requirements for existing and future products.
• Determines and manages the marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are delivered within defined budgets; assists in the development of pricing strategies and coordinates financial and budgeting activities to maximize operational efficiency.
• Conducts analysis and interpretation of real estate market fundamentals, focusing on economic and demographic trends, for development or investment.
• Provides market analysis support, presentations and written proposals for high-profile real estate development or investment to clients and other real estate stakeholders
• Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing CityPlan’s products
• Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy – including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
• Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
• Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Manager CityPlanProperties

Education
- A minimum of bachelors-level university degree in combination with three additional years of qualifying experience in real estate may be accepted.
Working Experiences
- A minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, business administration and related fields. Experience in projects related to land development is desirable. Knowledge of CityPlan areas of professional activities is desired
Language
- Fluency in one of the working languages of CityPlan. English or Swahili, (both oral and written) is required.
