POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE
REPORTS TO: TEAM SUPERVISOR
DUTY STATION: DAR ES SALAAM
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSBILITIES
• Should meet the set target of making a minimum of 20 quality calls daily to the targeted clients/customers
• Should meet the set target as identified by the supervisor.
• Daily report writing to supervisor.
• Perform any other duty as assigned by the supervisor
• Candidates must be able to work under difficult work conditions
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
• Minimum advanced diploma preferably in business related studies
• Must have a minimum of 2 – 3 years direct sales experience in institution or corporate sales
• Must have a strong professional Communication skills (report writing, excel, ppt) and fluent in spoken and written English.
• Must be able to work and achieve the set target
• Must posses Interpersonal skills and be self driven
• Must posses high level of Integrity.
Competitive package will be set to cover several factors including transport/meal allowance, performance based pay and bonus.
