Fleet Controller

We are a Tanzanian Company who specializes in supplying premier automobiles and providing automotive solutions. We represent 2 of the world’s most well known automotive brands – Land Rover, and Ford. Following a period of tremendous growth and success, we are now seeking self motivated, energetic, and committed persons to fill the position of FLEET CONTROLLER in one of its branches in Tanzania.
Within this context, s/he fulfills the following requirements:

A. Job Requirement/Responsibilities
• Control of National and Major Fleet Service Maintenance Contracts across Tanzania
• Utilize Tracking System to support the above process
• Facilitate and Coordinate fleet vehicles service, maintenance, repair within CMC Service and sub                dealer centers.
• Proactively inform and update clients of all activities
• Provide continues reports, weekly, monthly.
• Update and maintain Fleet customer files.
• Attend management meetings.
• Develop automotive brands business to Fleet and Corporate clients.
• Develop and implement individual action plans to achieve fleet service targets and objectives.

B. Qualifications and Competencies
 High school diploma/Degree in logistics management or equivalent qualification
 Minimally 2- 4 years of working experience in a similar position with references
• Be Competitors with a proven Fleet management record of achievement within a corporate                           environment.
• Have the ability to build strong and lasting customer relationships.
• Demonstrate self initiative and the ability to work under pressure.
• Be Computer Literate..
• Strong communication skills, speaking and writing both English and Kiswahili.
• Experience within the Automotive Industry is an advantage but is not essential.
