Specific Responsibilities:

• To fully develop the retail market for processed chicken within Dar Es Salaam and its immediate environs
• To vigorously seek new business from the retail portfolio.
• To keep a complete data base on all of the above.
• To ensure all clients adhere to payment terms.
• To ensure distribution is done effectively and efficiently to all clients and that new clients can easily be built into the distribution network.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Degree/Diploma in Animal Science Neterinary or Agriculture/Higher Diploma in Business Administration or in any other business related disciplines .

• 3 years marketing experience in comparable industries
• Ability to plan and manage both at a strategic and tactical level
• Leadership skills
• Attention to detail
• Self motivation
• Honesty and integrity
