Qualification
MBA With HR specialization /Master of social work( With HR specialization/Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the relevant Reid
Experience Skills
Should possess analytical, managerial, negation with good communication skills
Responsibilities
Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, sourcing. Performance appraisal, training, formulation and Implementation of HR policies, exposure to function of HR department.
Retired persons who worked In the relevant field In Industries/University will be given preference.
For all The positions candidates should be:
a) Computer literate.
a) Conversant with both English and Kiswahili and ability to work in multicultural society Independently
