Job Description: 
Our client is a producre of Building Material Products e.e.g Steel Drums , Aluminium Cookware etc

We are looking for Tanzanian Nationals for this role.

To achieve target sales volume and growth.

• Maximize price realization within set parameters
• Achieve product wise, profile wise, targeted product mix including new products
• To promote new & high margin products by emphasizing on product features
• To expand customer base by developing new customers within the specified additional target volume
• To improve product knowledge through training
• To ensure due accounts are remitted timely
• To Maximize Sales Target.
• Responsible for Territory Management.

To maintain customer satisfaction

• Develop and implement customer retention strategies
• Resolve customer complaints and communicate effectively within the stipulated period
• Review credit limits and documentation

Key Skills:
• Sales Aptitute

• Must have handled Building Material Products

• Strong experience managing dealer network
