Job Responsibilities
As a Project Manager you will manage our smaller project division. You will be responsible for fulfilling the administrative duties of projects including, providing field oversight and assistance, preparing estimates, marketing the company and creating a customized schedule.
Other responsibilities of the Project Management role include:
• Qualifying and contracting subcontractors to bid specific trade items
• Project budget management
• Development and management of all project documentation
• Filling BOQs
• preparing project implementation program
• Economical utilization of Materials
• Economical utilization of Equipments
• Preparing certificates
• Following up payments
