JOB DESCRIPTIONS
The Oil Business Manager shall identify value added oil related projects. He/she will oversees the establishment of the national oil company and strategic petroleum reserve, oversees infrastructure development for the oil related projects, including oil refinery.


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages and oversees the performance and implementation of strategic plans of oil related companies and activities;
• Identify and oversees all value addition oil related projects;
• Oversees the establishment of the national oil company and strategic petroleum reserve;
• Monitors the performance of all infrastructure development for the oil related project, including oil refinery;
• Draws strategies for negotiations and participates in negotiations on crude oil and condensate sales and activities;
• Gathers and analyzes crude oil and condensate information and data and submits reports to relevant authorities;
• Sets out a base for keeping data bank;
• Leads project/research implementation team in oil related projects and ensures that agreed standards are observed;
• Reviews marketing strategies for selling Corporation's share of crude oil and condensate;
• Undertakes any other related duties as may be assigned from time to time by superior

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS' REQUIRED
Direct Entry Qualifications:
Holder of a Master's Degree in Business administration, Economics, Finance, Accounts, Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

WORKING EXPERIENCE
At least 10 years' experience of which 3 years must be at senior level. Proven high administrative and managerial ability in the oil industry and knowledge of international oil business is essential.
