Job Purpose: Sales & Marketing of different segment of vehicles Commercial vehicles and
Cars.
Key Responsibilities:
Mapping of markets &Identification of customers/ segments
Assessing and devising plan for market penetration. –Attain target market shares jointly with OEM.
Developing corporate customers and monitor key activities leading to overall increase in customer satisfaction index.
Sales team building- Handling the team of sales executives.
Negotiating with customers.
Developing and execution of any Promotional requirements.
Managing claims and lead product teams.
Desired Profile:
Must have Marketing/Sales exposure.
Understanding of Commercial Vehicles.
Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
High level of business orientation and understanding.
Good planning and understanding of business development.
Educational
Qualifications:
Essential graduate.
Preferable MBA
Relevant years of Experience:
5 yrs of experience (overall).
Competencies:
Relationship building
Communication &Interpersonal skills
Presentation skills.
