Securex (T) ltd is part of the larger Securex firms operating in East Africa and is one of the leading security solutions providers in the Country. To effectively grow its client base and services offering, Securex intends to hire a Sales Executive who meet the following criteria
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager this position is to ensure successful execution of the Sales Targets, opening of new markets and retaining the current clients by performing the following key tasks;
Visiting;
• Markets Architects and offices
• Electrical Consultants
• Residences for Electronic Security Services
This position is purely a sales role
Job Requirements: A Diploma or Certificate with a bias in Sales and Marketing of Electrical equipments, excellence in MS Office and in particular excel and PowerPoint, 2 year experience in sales and 6 months in electronic security industry, fluent in English and Swahili, valid Driving License will be an added advantage.
This position involves extensive field work and therefore the successful candidate must possess the passion and energy required to manage this critical function.
Key Competencies: The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate high levels of the following key competencies
• Achievements in terms of numbers
• Relationship building
• Flexibility and follow ups
• Timely report submission
• Team work and clear communication
