PHARMACEUTICAL TECHNICIANS -5 POSTS
Purpose
To ensure that prescriptions are accurately and promptly dispensed in a customer friendly environment
The Successful candidate will be reporting to the Arusha –Pharmaceutical -In-charge
Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure that both stock items and non stock items are dispensed appropriately
• Maintain an output of prescriptions
• Manage Stock discrepancy
• Help to manage compliance with prescription within formulae
• Call Doctors that prescribe non formulary items where molecule exists within the formulary.
Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate MUST possess the following minimum qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Minimum 2 years hands on experience in Pharmaceutical services delivery
• Proven skills in planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting and high level proficiency in computer use.
• Team player and, strong in analytical approach to trouble shooting and problem solving, good communication skills –in English – written and oral.
• Registered Pharmacist with valid practice License and active member of pharmacy association
