The company has been established in the year 2006 in Arusha – Tanzania. It has had a tremendous growth in the last six years and it has branches across Eastern and Central Africa.

PROJECT MANAGER I POST – MOROGORO BRANCH
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Executive officer in charge of Warrior Branch Operations.
DEPARTMENT & LOCATION: Designated branch in country of operations.
REPORTS TO: Country Manager.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: Branch delegation of authority. Communicator, decision maker, leader and manager, presiding over the branch’s day to day, month to month and year to year operations.
• Promote a business development culture throughout the branch area
• Create and maintain brand visibility
• Project Warrior as a quality provider of security services into relevant sectors
• Apply strict financial accountability within the branch
• Manage staffing and human resources to ensure efficient provision of services
• Manage company assets to ensure effective provision of services
• Maintain discipline within the workforce
• Ensure compliance of services and operations in accordance with ISO 9001:2008
• Liaise with local government and authorities to ensure compliant business practices within area of operation
ROLE & CONTEXT: Encompassing organisational and employee management, the role involves day to day operational planning, regular reporting to the Country Manager, motivating employees, and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify develop and direct the implementation of branch strategy
• Plan and direct the organisation’s activities to achieve agreed targets and standards for financial and trading performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence
• Recruit, select and develop operational team members
• Direct functions and performance via the operational team
• Maintain and develop organisational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, clients, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies
• Report to the Country Manager on operational and organisational plans and performance
• Produce comprehensive monthly management report to Country Manager
• Staff appraisals
• Proposal & Contract analysis
• Human resources and asset management
• Recruitment
• Health & Safety
• Regional and political developments
• Execute the responsibilities of a branch manager according to lawful and ethical standards
• Chair monthly management meetings and annual management review in accordance with ISO 9001:2008
CONSULTS WITH: Country Manager & management at all levels. Internal staff, clients, suppliers, and local authorities.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS (processes and technology): Significant experience of senior management in related field of operations. Fully conversant with current security technology and communication IT.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a security environment
• Excellent command of written and verbal English
• Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Tact and diplomacy
• Valid driving licence
• Africa experience very desirable
• Swahili desirable (as applicable)
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent - As per contract of employment.

REMUNERATION
The salary package is negotiable based on experience.
