Job purpose
Financial support to the finance, HR and
Admin Manager
Administrative and logistics support for the good functioning of the Regional office.

Reports to: Regional Finance, Administration and HR Manager

Position in the organization:

Job Responsibilities

• Fulfill daily accountancy tasks, following agreed reporting format
• Timely consolidation of accounts
• Oversee the pilot level accounting (Veco spending)
• Preparation of reports
• Collecting justification proofs, control the
• conformity with regulation of expenses
• Financial and logistic support
• Manages services contracts (cleaning, ICT)

Knowledge and skills

• Knows key concepts and tools in HRM
• Analytical skills
• Coaching skills
• Is able to work
• Is reliable, accurate and respects deadlines
• Excellent cross-cultural communicator and active listener

General skills

• Good knowledge of relevant PC software
• Knowledge of Navision is an asset
• Proficiency in English
• Good knowledge of Swahili

• University Degree in finance & accountancy or equivalent by experience, Holder of CPA

• At least 3 yrs experience at country level

• Is willing to learn and share lessons learnt
