Reports: Head of SME and MORTGAGES
Job Purpose
Develop and manage mortgage loan portfolio
Main Responsibilities: develop and manage mortgage loan portfolio, coordinate mortgage sales across the bank, monitor and control mortgage loan book as well as managing customer relationship.
Duties to be performed
Origination, appraisal and monitoring of mortgage loan book
Carry out annual reviews, arrears and account performance management
Provide leadership and support to branches in delivery of mortgage business propositions
Develop and maintain relationship with suppliers (developers) and customers to ensure delivery of quality service.
Education qualification
Minimum Bachelors Degree in business Related subjects
Must have AKIB or CPA(K) or ACCA or both
Masters Degree in business related subjects will be an added advantage
Experience and skills
Must have experience of not less than 2 in each field mentioned below
Sales- PB/BB/RB or Sales Manager
Banking operations (Cash, Clearing, Accounts & Administration).
Customer Service or Relationship
Skills
IT skills
Credit management skills
