We are new LPG company based in Arusha  looking for a new SALES team to join our company.
Description for Sales Executives

 Job Description:
• Finding and creation of new market ,demand and opportunities
• Good presentation skills with convicing power and represent a company in a public speaking
• Represent the company for all of its activities in the area
• Daily customer visit and call.
• Identifies business  opportunities and assist in opening new customer base
• To be an image and brand of the company
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining aware on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing company standards and regulations.
• Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing company requirements
• Willingness to work beyond regular hours if required
• Establish, achieve and surpass set monthly targets.
• Relation building, including ensuring queries are responded and resolved, and client satisfaction is achieved
• Preparation of weekly and monthly Sales and Market Survey Reports
• Assist in developing and maintaining tools to measure sales performance, sales trends, and sales forecasts.
• Participate in department and company projects ,participation includes designing development, implementation and completion.
• Maintain flexibility to handle multiple tasks and teamwork to accomplish department goals and complete on time.
• Perform any other related and relevant duties that may be assigned.

Skills/Qualifications: 
-Candidate with experience in sales and marketing,knowledge and experience in LPG is an added advantage
-Must be computer literate
-Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or Education.
-With extremely good Presentation Skills, Customer care & Relationship, Negotiation skills, Meeting Sales Goals and Targets, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independent, Motivation for Sales and leadership skills.
