STOCK CONTROLLER WAREHOUSE

STOCK CONTROLLER WAREHOUSE
Coca-Cola Sabco Tanzania requires the services of a Stock Contr111er Warehouse to be based in Dar es Salaam. The incumbent will directly report to the respective Warehouse Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure two cycle count per day is conducted, Print and report cycle count difference at Warehouse Manager level, get approval for clearing and file the documents, Manage scrapping of absolute inventory, Run management routines reports, Ensure all interim storage types are cleared before running cycle count, Ensure all shipments created are processed and loads not to be delivered are worked out to release stock, Overall responsible for daily stock movement in the warehouse.
Ensure smooth movement of warehouse documents within and outside.
Conduct on the ground spot check of stock movement activities to confirm SAP requirements and enforce adherence to comply with company policies and procedures, Stock counting, Reconciliation, Breakages and shortages analyses, Inventory control, Stock rotation.
Communication to relevant stakeholders e.g Warehouse manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, etc.
Manage incoming material (glass, crates, etc.), Inventory management processes within depot. Performance management, People development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of a Diploma in Material Management or any related field.
- At least 2 years dealing directly with stock management, Strong communication skills, Stress mastery, Good Leadership qualities, Good Analytical skills, problem solving techniques, customer focus, able to conduct team meetings and focus on team goals and team spirit.
