The company has been established in the year 2006 in Arusha – Tanzania. It has had a tremendous growth in the last six years and it has branches across Eastern and Central Africa.

TRAINER POSITION II POST
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: To deliver security training as directed by the Chief Trainer to produce the highest quality of products and service within our field of industry
DEPARTMENT & LOCATION: Country/branch (as applicable)
REPORTS TO: Chief Trainer
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: To implement training procedures in accordance with the Warrior Training Manual
• Project a culture of training excellence throughout the Country/branch
• Maintain a working knowledge of current industry training practices
• Deliver training packages in accordance with the training manual
• Ensure strict adherence to timetables
• Maintain discipline within the class room
• Identify exceptional candidates for commendation
• Identify poor or unsuitable candidates for special attention or removal
• Ensure sufficient materials for training delivery
• Attend graduation ceremony/passout parades as directed
• Engage in the selection process of trainee candidates if required
ROLE & CONTEXT:
• Execute training plan as directed by Warrior Training Manual.
• Provide information recommendations on training delivery to Chief Trainer as required
• Organise and manage time to achieve goals
• Ensure availability of required training materials
• Maintain accurate and timely training records and reports as directed
• Regularly review and assess efficacy of training within area of responsibility
• Engage in the selection process prior to each training course as directed
CONSULTS WITH: Chief Trainer, local training staff, Recruitment and vetting staff, Shift Commanders, Field Officers, Supervisors, guards and recruits.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS (processes and technology):
• 5 years experience as a certified trainer within the security environment
• Excellent command of written and verbal English
• Working knowledge of local language and dialects
• Word, Powerpoint and email
• Excellent presentational skills
• Tact and diplomacy
• Mentoring experience desirable
• Proven desire to deliver training packages within a challenging environment
• Excellent references
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent (as per employment contract)

REMUNERATION
The salary package is negotiable based on experience.
